Territory planning is Composed of three land-use geography,economics,sociology and systems,including coordinating the actions of the natural environment and socio-economic. In land use due to human factors,environment and resources,how to make optimal use of human resources and the establishment of national and regional activities in geographical space is organized. Territory planning is in order to achieve the best possible distribution of the population by the distribution of socio-economic activities in the area of land that has the possibility of offering a framework that can the basis of development of the region or county plans be. As a result,professors and instructors are intending to hold up "1st National congress of nation congress on territory planning in the third millennium with emphasis on south east of Iran" in different field such as: agriculture,architecture,civil engineering,geology,geography,industrial engineering,economy,management.
